Bruce I thought I was getting a set of four feet but for over $15 with shipping, there was only one in the pouch I received. Already, three have fallen out of my toaster so you do have to wonder what is up with these toaster feet that they just fall out. I’ve lost 3 of them so now I’ve got a toaster with 2 missing feet. I complained to SMEG about only receiving one foot and got no reply. So I followed up and the request to complete this survey came days later. Seriously? SMEG needs to get their customer service act together. For a high-end product provider, you’d think they’d focus a lot more on service.

Robin Amstutz Fit perfectly and now my kettle doesn't wobble, however with shipping it was $25, which was a bit much.

Anonymous I needed to replace a rubber foot on my $250 Smeg toaster so I visited the Smeg website.
I found the product that I needed easily. The price for these tiny rubber feet show as $5.95. However, the site does NOT list how many feet you get for the $5.95. Mind you, this little widget could not cost more than $.25.
Before ordering I called customer service to see how many were included in the package. I was shocked to find out that I get (1) foot for $5.95 plus I have to pay $7.00 in freight.
I love the toaster but the arrogance to ask for this much money for a tiny rubber foot is appalling.
