Smeg 691941952 Mug Assembly

Handle fell off. Ordered new one and still haven't received, no indication of shipment or transit. Very poor design of handle which broke after very limited use. Requested warranty and was told to buy a new one for $75 which is very expensive for a tin cup. Won't be buying SMEG again as now being designed and run by accountants. Quality sucks.
